Investment Reports launched Romania's Energy Industry Report 2019 at the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest, during the 15th edition of the International Electric & Automation Show (IEAS). Noteworthy leaders from the government and industry alike, including InvestRomania, Monsson and CEZ discussed the challenges faced by local energy companies looking to invest overseas, as well as the ease of doing business and openness of the Romanian business ecosystem.
Upcoming Report: ENERGY IN POLAND
From October 2019 until February 2020 Investment Reports will be conducting on-the-ground research in Poland, CEE’s largest economy amassing nearly 40 million people and over €550 billion annual GDP. Poland’s energy sector is dominated by coal, which is a leading employer but also a source of greenhouse gas emissions which needs to be addressed as part of the country’s energy transition strategy.
