LifeVantage is a health and wellness company that develops nutrigenomics-based products designed to activate the body’s natural cellular pathways to support long-term health and vitality.
What are the main highlights of LifeVantage’s journey over the past couple of years?
LifeVantage has continued to invest heavily in what we call our activation approach to product development. Activation combines nutrigenomic research, third-party cellular studies, and human clinical trials, all focused on targeted ingredients that influence specific cellular pathways to positively impact health.
During this time, we have focused on two main areas. First, we launched the MindBody GLP-1 System in 2024, initially in the U.S. and then internationally in 2025. It is a natural, two-part system designed to activate the body’s own GLP-1 hormone. More recently, we launched P84, a product focused on the natural activation of gut peptides, which came to LifeVantage through our acquisition of LoveBiome in October 2025.
Can you walk us through the scientific validation behind the MindBody GLP-1 System and P84?
With MindBody GLP-1, we started with in-vitro cell studies confirming GLP-1 activation in L-cells, then progressed to human clinical studies. Those studies showed an average increase of over 200 percent in GLP-1 production, an increase in skeletal muscle, and up to a 24 percent reduction in visceral fat. Based on those results, we filed a patent and are now in a patent-pending state.
We then studied MindBody GLP-1 in combination with our foundational product, Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer, bundling them as the Healthy Weight Stack. That study demonstrated synergistic benefits, including enhanced antioxidant activation and improved fat metabolism pathways. We followed a similar process with P84, beginning with in-vitro studies showing activation of 14 key gut peptides, followed by a third-party cellular study that demonstrated activation of 358 unique genes when combined with Protandim as the Healthy Edge Stack.
What feedback have you received since launching MindBody GLP-1?
The feedback has been very positive. Our primary consumer is someone looking for a natural solution. While the results may not be as immediate or dramatic as synthetic injections. We have a very loyal consumer base that appreciates this distinction.
We are careful not to position MindBody GLP-1 as a magic pill. It is designed for people seeking sustained health and weight management, supported by healthy daily habits such as proper nutrition, sleep, and exercise. When combined with those habits, we see accelerated and sustainable weight management outcomes.
How does LifeVantage define and approach the concept of healthy aging?
For us, healthy aging is centered on cellular activation.
Everything begins at the cellular level because healthy cells lead to healthy tissues, organs, systems, and ultimately a healthy body.
Our flagship products are positioned to support health at this root cause level.
Instead of supplementing antioxidants, for example, Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer activates the Nrf2 pathway to increase the body’s own antioxidant production. Similarly, P84 helps regulate, repair, and restore gut health through activation. As we age, our bodies become less efficient at these processes, and our approach is about re-activating those natural systems rather than replacing them.
What motivated the acquisition of LoveBiome, and what role will gut health play in your strategy going forward?
Gut health has been an area of scientific focus for decades, but more people are now connecting gut health to overall wellbeing, including brain health. LoveBiome had spent several years developing P84 and was beginning to see success when they approached us about an acquisition.
From the outset, we saw strong strategic alignment. Their approach went beyond supplementation and focused on activation of gut peptides, which fit perfectly with our nutrigenomics philosophy. The acquisition allowed us to enter a new product category while creating cross-selling opportunities between the LifeVantage and LoveBiome consultant networks, all unified under a shared activation-based science story.
Do you see alignment between your mission and the new U.S. nutrition guidelines emphasizing prevention?
Absolutely. Our activation approach aligns closely with the current emphasis on prevention, whole-food nutrition, healthy lifestyles, and personalized health strategies. Nutrigenomics focuses on how nutrients influence gene expression and long-term health, which is very much in line with this broader public health perspective.
More people are seeking to take proactive control of their health rather than reacting after a health event occurs. That shift plays directly into our mission and how we think about the future of wellness.
Looking ahead, where do you see LifeVantage two years from now?
We will continue to lean into activation through a multi-pronged strategy. That includes deepening our scientific validation, expanding into new product categories, and continuing our cadence of launching a new hero product approximately every 18 months. Since our last conversation, we have entered weight management and gut health, and more categories are on the roadmap.
We also plan to continue geographic expansion, launching new markets where we see both product demand and opportunity for our business partners. Ultimately, we believe there is a growing role for proactive health solutions that help the body function more effectively, and we intend to continue building on that vision in the years ahead.
