While full training and support will be provided in the first few months, you would need to be highly resourceful, independent, quick to absorb information, empathize with a wide variety of people, and use your ambition to fuel proactive decision making and palpable results. You will be working in teams of two or three, so people/team skills are important for everyone to have a positive experience. The work involves traveling every 3-6 months to a new country so we are looking for someone who thrives on the sense of novelty and adventure.
